Adelyn is skilled in various modalities, including Play Therapy, Narrative Sand Therapy, Art Therapy, and Music Therapy, allowing her to engage children and youth of all ages in creative and effective ways. Additionally, she is a Certified Multichannel Eye Movement Integration Practitioner (CMEMIP) for trauma resolution and a Certified Transactional Analysis Practitioner (TAP) for childhood issue, enabling her to offer specialized interventions tailored to individual needs. Adelyn is well-versed in Advanced Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Choice Theory Reality Therapy (CTRT), providing clients with evidence-based approaches to address their challenges. Adelyn possesses valuable experience in providing support to educators to help minimize stress and its impact on children and youth.

Moreover, she provides support to single parents, parents, and grandparents on individual issues to enhance family dynamics and promote healthy relationships. Adelyn is adept at formulating treatment plans for self-harm, suicide, and family violence, prioritizing the safety and well-being of her clients. She specializes in working with children and youth with PTSD, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), technology addiction, and grief and loss recovery by using MEMI treatment approaches.
